Is "suspected" being used properly in this case? By the time the court's involved, the suspicion should be gone, yes?

Interesting. I thought the "suspect" was suspected until court was done, but I didn't realize the same was true for material things. So the court rules "this is marijuana?" Figured that was an objective fact that came from a lab.
