They seem to be attempting to meme themselves into believing the GOP are already "packing the courts" by prioritizing court nominees rather than (not) passing legislation, so they can bring back the FDR sense next time & maybe confuse people into thinking it's OK.

That and somehow there won’t be another Republican president. (In fact some of their moves pre-Trump indicated that belief, particularly Reid nuking filibusters).
