I've been there. Got years past burnout. I was lucky enough that - even though I was too stubborn to make a change - the universe kicked me in the butt and made it happen. Maybe you're smarter than me, and can make the change on your own terms?

If it's not the real definition of success - if it's just an imposter - then start to think about the unthinkable. Often, when you confront "failure" and think it through, it's not nearly as terrible as you've been telling yourself.

"What will I do if I shut down the firm / stop podcasting / lay people off / declare bankruptcy to get out from under the debt / take a job as a suit / get a day job / move to an apartment?" Seriously think through the question. Often the answer is... not that bad.
