Not only most mistakes favor blue and harm red, but many stories that would be damaging to blue simply aren't covered so there's little to be mistaken about there. Can anyone point me to a time they needed to publish a retraction after a badly botched hit piece on a Dem?

Aside from, say, infowars or Breitbart putting their foot in their mouth, I just can't recall a time a major outlet broke a huge scandal that hit the blue side and then screwed up the details. Mostly because they rarely break blue-side scandals these days, if they can help it.
