I'm enjoying everyone on the left freaking out over Scott Pruitt using his secretary to schedule a phone call (to discuss him purchasing something). I love the fact that there are so many people who have never once surfed Amazon, eBay, or Craigslist from work.https://twitter.com/AshleyRParker/status/1004069589435723776 …

/ I think perhaps the issue is that these people have zero idea how businesses (including franchises, specifically) work. WaPo headline says " to help his wife find a job", implying corruption. No. One BUYS a franchise. For hundreds of thousands of dollars.

/ As presented, this is roughly as corrupt as asking your secretary to get the number of and call the local Range Rover dealership because you want to schedule a f2f conversation and a test ride with a sales guy, bc she needs a new ride.

/ The article goes on to be outraged that his wife organized a conference for $2k, for 3 days of work. That's ~$650 per day. I...I don't understand the concern here. That's kinda low-middle white-collar contracting rates. Not sure if I know a lawyer who makes that little.

/ This is wonderful outrage / click bait for barristas and other core D voters...but it's not the same ballpark as HRC charging $200,000 for a 2 hour speech. Not even the same GAME.pic.twitter.com/RWuIqvYPHZ
