I normally sleep ~5 hours. Last night went to bed at 8pm, slept 9 hrs. That was good. Digging rocks REALLY knocked me flat. It wasn't just that everything hurt (tho it did), it was that I was tired right down to my hair follicles, bones, and teeth.

Quite the change from regular stare-at-your-screen-for-8-hours days. I'm glad I had taken up strength training a few months before that large scale gardening experiment.
