Censorship isn't exclusive to governments. Plus I'm pretty sure H3H3 wasn't violating any TOS by simply talking about the Alex Jones situation.

I never said it was, you forget this isn't the first time jones has been deplatformed he lost his radio shows twice and early social media accounts for doing the exact same thing, there are consequences to lying through your teeth and 1a doesn't cover that

And actually the 1A does cover lying. Not ALL forms but in general, yes. Plus you'd have to prove he's 'lying' and not just 'really really crazy and wrong.'

Actually 1a doesn't cover it, it was created to allow people to speak out about things they deemed wrong or did not agree to in a civil manner, it was not made so people like jones could turn it into an antigovernment propaganda platform

The repeal of the Sedition Act in 1920 was specifically to protect antigovernment speech and this rationale has held to the present. Also "The Supreme Court held in the landmark case New York Times v. Sullivan (1964) that lies about the government may be protected completely...

unless statements are made maliciously or with a reckless disregard for the truth and that act refers to the media Jones is not media he an opinionist like hannity therefore not protected

Good point. Though Infowars was granted White House press credentials so I think they are protected as media. Publishing op-eds is the norm for journalistic organizations. The rub is whether or not Jones is being sincere as opposed to deliberately and/or maliciously misleading.
