Semi-yearly reminder to get new sneakers every 250-300 miles! Don't switch shoes brother if the brand/model you are using are working for you. A good shoe is hard to find. Ride it until they change it or get discontinued. Then have a good cry. Unless you are looking for a different arrow for the quiver (trail runner/Racing flat/spike)
