The Plastic Surgery industry needs a rebrand. "Plastic"?! We like that?! - Aesthetic Surgery - Visual Modification Surgery - Appearance Enrichment Procedure must.rename. Looking plastic seems like an unintended consequence, not the goal.

In 2010 the University of Phoenix generated $4.95 Billion in revenue; $4 Billion of that was from Title IV funds (pell grants and federally-backed loans). It had a six-year graduation rate of 9%. The online program had a 5% graduation rate. It's still eligible for Title IV.
