I reported this very obvious scam video ad to YouTube and they refused to remove it because they can't 'verify it's fake'.

YouTube's a business. Making money is their only goal with ad breaks. Therefor, if it makes them money, they leave it alone. If it doesn't, they take away whatever... I dunno, free WiFi?
