The spirit of the law was always about the government, not private spaces. It was never meant to regulate or influence private property. That's the whole point of the bill of rights.

#Youtube by taking his channel out made clear that their are accountable for what they let on their site.
Remember that when next time we find some real shit like beheading on YT, they will say they are platform, not publisher.
