I forgot to mention that this Supercharger now holds the title of longest construction time for a Supercharger in North America, reason for me comparing it to Incline Village.

I chatted with Pride gas stations GM in December (the company who is building the travel center) and GM told me the city of
#Hartford has been putting up red tape delaying construction for years. I tried to get a comment from city in a December, but never got a reply.
