It’s not that we women don’t talk, it’s that men talk too much and repeat everything several times, thus waste everyone’s time.

Well, apart from the fact that the Mayor of Montreal is a woman, this city boasts the most diverse city council in Canada - 29 women & 36 men. Depending on issue being discussed, it is possible that only women might speak, or perhaps only men, not ideal in either case.
