    I prefer when Peterson talks about cleaning your room and holding children to account. When he gets into political philosophy it's just a bore.

    This well-sourced article re rape of young girls in Black nations by UN Peacekeepers, is not super surprising as an Asian who knows full well the behavior of occupying forces in foreign countries. Still, shocks the conscience.

    In other words, what kind of politics do we have that we are allowed to scrutinize male desire bias, but not female desire bias, when we know from data both exist? What kind of "fever" do Asian women have when they put a premium on whiteness?

    Her article is remarkably unique when compared to the discussion over yellow fever, which looks only at white male desire. Here, female desire is centered, something obvious but verboten. If we're so comfortable with 'yellow fever' as a term, what is its counterpart called?

    But, presents the choices men face as either (1) blaming and hating the women who express desire bias, or (2) fighting the "system" that creates desire bias. That makes sense, but she leaves out a third equally important and common choice: (3) blaming ourselves.
