I can't imagine that Ms Lewinsky would NOT set boundaries for what questions she would/would not answer. This subject has been dissected & discussed ad nauseum, it's old news. She was there to discuss her current project. Despite your interviewer giving herself permission >>

Attention getting BS. If it were a Male ending an interview because of a breach of an arrangement there wouldn't be the fake outrage.

To be fair, the exact same thing happened with Tom Brady last week and there was a lot of outrage about it, he left an interview in regards to PED scandal. I've read a lot more in support of Lewinsky than against her in this context than in support of Brady.
