What if the *strategy* was to bring in somebody who knew he was already being investigated for this so he could be quickly dropped?
Better question is why didn't the FBI warn the Trump Campaign regarding Manafort? They knew the whole time & did & said nothing!!

Investigation/prosecution of FARA violations for Manafort has now directly led to the Podestas & Fusion GPS being swept up also.

Picture somebody who knows how Democrats/DNC Media operate. Who knows of the extensive corruption/illegal lobbying that goes on.
