1. You talked about the struggle of having the team that invents new things have dinner with the team that exploits what you've already created. I think the need for this is a false assumption. Bell Labs, Xerox Parc...skunkworks are separate. Having these people dine together...

I'm just not sure what it accomplishes...in some ways it can make both teams work worse. 2. I don't know what you're trying to achieve with the podcast, it's possible you'd be well served by using a smaller, simpler vocabulary. "orthogonal" "default near non-existence"

I don't know who you're trying to address, but for a lot of people, difficult vocab makes it difficult to follow your meanings, which are deep, insightful, and great.
