Not sure what kind of government transfers people in higher quadrants get? My main issue with this figure is that it looks at the progressive federal taxes but not the flat rate / regressive FICA taxes.

Tax credits for having kids? Moving expenses is a tax credit no matter how rich you are I believe. Fica is regressive and capped! If you didn't already, check the article that
