TBH I'm pretty skeptical about this...a lot of foods that we've been eating for sometime are high Omega 6 i.e. sardines and many types of nuts.
And as for grass fed beef, it's hard to imagine that our ancestors ate much of this given how valuable cows were...
Sardines are a prime source of Omega 3. Nuts are high Omega 6
I just read that it was the other way around. Sardines, as fish, are the exceptions, not the rule.
