imho, it's easier to move to the us if you're an entrepreneur than a VC Fabrice was first an entrepreneur, then a BA, then a VC

No You can't start vc if you haven't raised money. And raising 10s of millions when you havent much to show relies a lot on reputation. Hard to pull out in a foreign country. Obviously, it's different if you have spent years in the US before raising your fund BA= business angel
