I'd love to hear your opinion on this. Seems to me that any super talented entrepreneur who wants to do VC may be tempted to come to the u.s. and even if France has no problems per se, that is a problem. Fabrice Grinda par exemple

imho, it's easier to move to the us if you're an entrepreneur than a VC Fabrice was first an entrepreneur, then a BA, then a VC
