Haha thank you for you kind words. In all seriousness though i think the concept is city and state taxes are ok though, urban areas need public transport etc. The real issue is the inefficient spending at the local level and the federal taxes imo.

Sorry top line and bottom line are not related. I thought it was funny that you approved of a concept that has been in existence for thousands of years. What I meant by second line is that I think those are the biggest drains at the federal and state level respectively.
