I like to think I'm fair and objective....dunno how true that is. No matter how you look at it, the raid on Cohen's offices is disturbing. Either something so terrible was done to warrant it or...it was a violation of our country's rule of law. Either way, terrible.
In order to pierce attorney-client privilege you really need to have some incredibly powerful evidence or reason. It's hard for me to believe that, given that AFAIK Cohen was cooperating, that reason alone wasn't sufficient to bring him to trial and go into discovery.
