So what's the alternative to 1-man 1-vote? I hope you mean representative democracy. If you don't have 1-man 1-vote and you don't have a leader as competent as Lee Kuan Yew, you have a total disaster. I'm not arguing that democracy is a panacea for all countries, but still.

That is for each country to discover for itself. In Singapore's it's controlled democracy, a defacto 1 party state. Every country has the right to self-determination, instead of an Iraq-style imposed catastrophe. Said another way, it's every country's right and their right alone to choose between a functioning gov't for their people or corruption and chaos.
