They are a big seller of VAM (some chemical) which was selling for about $970/metric ton in '15 and that'd be a ~10% increase. Short answer is I don't know, but if you really wanted to, you google each of their products pricing and how they are used and figure it out.

Ah, got it. Seems like that type of thing happens more and more often these days. Too much industry concentration/market power.
