Out understanding of history would be much, much improved if "North Africa" was called "South Med" instead. Too many people think in words.

I made a (n ugly) video a while ago where I cluster countries based on 50 years of trading data from IMF and show the clusters as I change the cutoff rate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWeLqwEHlx0 … You can see pretty well that clusters start forming around water.
