I think there have been studies on this, but I'm pretty sure being given a non-standard first name, particularly if it's not "ethnic", is highly correlated with high-magnitude weird personal, social, and economic outcomes.

You're much more likely to end up in jail, in the hall of fame, homeless, famous, a billionaire, in a museum etc. I'm willing to bet that this relationship exists after controlling for genetics.
