I commented on FB already so i'll summarize my point here. I think having no kids is half of the problem. The assumption of ever expanding pop. underpinning the existing western social welfare policies is unrealistic and they need to be changed (stagnant pop. or no assumption).
Millenials are really behind the curve on having kids, which can have negative long-term implications for society. We could launch a marketing campaign that compares having children to training Pokemon. Having kids seems like a chafe, but having Pokemon seems really awesome.
