I don't know off the top of my head aluminum and steel tariffs, I would guess not bad for many reasons but if have to check. Where they really get you are the NTBs. Problem: given the broad nature of the move this isn't about correcting the problem

Firstly, I think they have. I doubt these decisions were solely based on the threat to national security. Secondly, I would say, because the Americans and Europeans play checkers.
