Read a lot about genetics, health, and diet this evening; the U.S. doesn't need a new and improved food pyramid, it needs multiple. Diets are processed differently by different people.
Only if it's tobacco. In all seriousness, I have no idea. Dietary nutrition research is confusing as hell.
