I don't completely disagree. But he also heavily inspired numerous other companies including Amazon and Google. Innovation in corp governance is very important, if not as tangible as the steam engine. Also, WB has given away something like $30b already.

They are both modeled after Buffett's setup at Berkshire. Read their IPO letters and see if you can spot the admitted similarities.

I have a vague awareness of the similarities. Early in their existence Amazon and Google were both great innovative companies. Today, they are mostly anti-competitive semi-monopolies whose saving grace is their ostensible willingness to make small bets in emergent technologies.
