I took a 3 day vacation for the first time since I started my company and I feel cheated. I have no inspiration, no new outlook on it. Nothing. My obsessive compulsive need to work was right this whole time!

In my experiences 3 day vacations are pointless, even 10 day ones, but 3 week ones - if you can afford it - do have an effect (beneficial, ideally).
