Do you expect an airline sort of situation in 2050, but in space?
I'm not really in the business of expecting things like that, but it prima facie seems somewhat reasonable. Space transportation is a point of national pride, just like airlines. Competition will drive down profits. Airlines only profitable today because of industry consolidation
