One reason it was hard for me to take economic theory seriously is that the Hungarian terminology is full of weird agricultural references: Tragedy of commons -> Tragedy of common pastures Basket of goods -> Basket of cattle (??) etc

I had to google this. Apparently the literal translation is The jalopy market of Akerlof. It looses some of the flavour in the translation, it's more like The crappy car market of Akerlof.
