Never thought I'd side with feminists ever, but judging workers and candidates based on their attractiveness is 1) a continuous challenge for me personally 2) total bullshit 3) chauvinistic and repellent when it happens
Everyone has biases for race, sex, appearance, accent, religion etc. You can always test the candidate in lieu of letting a stereotype be part of your hiring process. Ex: test everyone for their excel skills instead of assuming that Indians will be better on average.
