Ethiopia is, mostly Chinese-led. Djibouti will struggle: salaries higher than in Bulgaria or Romania, maybe even Greece

Any prospect of mass immigration from Ethiopia or the Djiboutians not want that. From what I know, given the same labor supply and policies, it is better to manufacture near the port than a far train ride away.
