1. I mean if you act blindly but you have to act: aim realistically, keep your scope limited. You can dream big but actions need to be much closer to the ground. Try to build an MVP first not design a whole product family.

I don't know, maybe this is trivial. But i've seen people try to do everything at once and fail.
