Over 2k hours here. Went cold turkey 6 months ago since I was wasting too much time, but can't' deny it's an excellent game in many ways.
I gave it up between oct '14 and Dec '16. I'm glad I started playing again. Team dota is really satisfying. It's not investing but it's deep.
