That's right. But why is there no crime? Highly educated & homogeneous population.

High education is correlated with no crime, but I don't think it's causal. Homogeneity by itself also doesn't work. For example, a homogenous population in the DRC isn't going to be good. Kids in Japan look independent because they can be independent for no fear of crime.
