      1. Possibly just too late. Lazada owns the space. 2. If you can do it in India, it can certainly be done in Indonesia. 3. ASEAN should make this fairly easy 4. Thailand has solid infrastructure and size. I'm not really sure I'm buying this explanation.

          Amazon isn't even really in a country like the Netherlands, people have to shop on the French/German site

          They just went to Australia too, and ramped up Brazil recently. Still lots of work to do internationally.
