Really? Because it's borderline impossible to _legally_ immigrate here without a bachelors I think (unless you get married or come to get your bachelor/masters).
I'm suspicious of the idea that we have so few less than HS immigrants between 2010 and 2015. I see a lot of guys in NY from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, etc. who don't speak a word of English. Makes me think there are more than in the stats.

Well, the stats might exclude illegal immigrants. My point was specifically made abt legal ones.

But even then, actually I could have been wrong because there could be a lot of refugees too since 2005/10. So you're probably right mostly.
