That said, IMO, Netflix's model is wrong. The final form of any industry is ALWAYS a marketplace and they are not there yet.
Well that Jay guy did call that out. It's a cool quote and I think it makes sense. Basically, a company can't exist with long-term negative FCF unless there is some mitigating factor. In this case, it's potential for long-term monopoly profits.
