By interesting, do you mean good? In the sense that it doesn't look like it'll be spoken by machines anytime soon. I know you for your math proofs. Chinese is...kind of the opposite of that.

I don't know the first thing about Chinese, but I think learning a vastly different language puts your own in context, similar to a C++ programmer learning Haskell

I speak conversational Chinese and have spent a lot of time there. My culture was put in context. I'm not sure my language was.
