Anyone have a good list of livable countries with low corporate taxes? Personal taxes? Hong Kong New Zealand UAE (debatably livable) ... ?

I checked the 4 countries I actually paid taxes in (Hun, SGP, Germany, USA), they used 3 different methodologies. This list seems BS to me.
Definitely a bad list...but probably the best free one available! Of those 4 how would you rank?

Only personal income tax: SGP < Hungary < USA (NYC) < Germany but if you add health insurance costs+deductibles NYC ~= Germany

by personal i mean everything paid by the individual (tax healthcare social sec.) but not corporate or sales tax
