1. Yup. Ugh. 2. Don't think so. Complicated subject, but in some cases healthcare costs are partially because of the system.

Definitely, the system is to blame! But the system became crap before Obamacare (2000-2009) therefore repealing it will not fix the system.

How are you so sure it is the system that is to blame? Well it's not supposed to be repeal alone. repeal and replace.
