      It's right. Appalachia prices are esp. volatile b/c of pipeline takeaway constraints--right now is demand nadir in NE. Or so I would guess.

          As I understand it--& don't trust me!--that's right. Supply has outstripped (esp during low heat season) demand b/c of Marcellus growth.

          Tho pipe to Gulf and other markets are proceeding, so annual variation ($.5-$3!)/price differentials vs other mkts may lessen in '18/beyond.
