Kagame and Rwanda are really interesting. He was dealt an even worse hand than Lee Kuan Yew and, on balance, IMO, played it quite well.

The coffee narrative is a lie, afaik, principally pushed by Starbucks. There is no reasonable way to get the coffee out of Rwanda.
