Just did a job interview with someone who, if hired, would apply for an H1B visa. Is it a bad idea for me to ask that person to do big money payments? The home country does not have an extradition treaty with the USA. Too easy for them to embezzle and bounce to the motherland?

But they'd have access to a bank account that can support those sized transactions. Tempting.
