Ok then. So pretty much as predicted. I have consistently correctly called this virus but have always done so too early. I tend to overestimate the speed but not the magnitude.

That's not my interpretation at all. We're almost 2.5 months since Georgia reopened and no surge in deaths. Impact from reopening shouldn't lag this long.pic.twitter.com/47wXg4A4yU

From what I know, the deaths we see in Georgia are from infections in early mid may, mostly. Deaths fell relative to infections because fewer old people are getting it. Deaths will arise in time. Should coincide 3 weeks or so from this spike. We’re not better at treating thevirus
