It was decent though I wonder how the absence of college life will change it. MIT just across river, Hvd further back. But BU and NE basically right there....BC, Suffolk, so on. All in that relatively small space.

Back Bay is kind of dead without the students. Tourists obv won’t be there either. Hynes won’t be operational. It’s a quiet place otherwise.
